Barcody keeps all created barcodes in a barcode list document which can be created or opened via the File menu.
When you create a new barcode list, you will see the following barcode list window:
This window is divided in several parts which are described in the following section.
On the left side, you find the sizeable barcode list which is empty right at the beginning. Underneath you see three buttons:
A click on the Plus button opens the barcode types menu where you can choose from 30 barcode types. When you click on one of these barcode types, a new list entry will be added to your barcode list.
The Minus button is only selectable when one barcode is selected in the list above. The selected barcode will be removed from the barcode list after a security alert.
A click on the Action button opens the Action menu which offers additional features which describe themselves.
This main part of the barcode list window in the upper right area of the window offers all available parameters which can be set for a barcode. Parameters which are not available for a distinct barcode type, are grayed out (disabled). The parameters describe themselves.
In the bottom right area you will see the preview of the currently selected barcode type. Using the zoom popup menu in the right corner you can also enlarge or shrink the preview from 25 up to 800%.
Suggerimento: Module width and height refer to the barcode
itself, without clear text lines. A Module
describes the
smallest element of a barcode itself, this means a single barcode
stroke.
The preview graphic can be grabbed and dragged into other applications. When the graphic is selected, you can also use the functions for exchange via the system clipboard (Cut, Copy, Paste).
