Without valid registration, your Charmas is a demo version.
When you have received your Charmas match code, you can activate Charmas as full version with it. You can receive the match code in different forms:
When you have ordered the match code for email shipment in our website or from an Charmas dealer, you will receive an email containing the invoice in PDF format as well as a tiny TXT file which contains your personal match code data. Print both the email and the invoice for your records.
When you have purchased an Charmas CD from your local dealer or directly from us, you will find a sticker with your match code data on the CD cover.
When you have purchased an Charmas CD as OEM boxware version from a software shop or internet shop, you will find data sheet with unpersonal OEM match code data in the sealed CD box.
The received match code data are divided into three parts:
Your Name (in CAPITAL LETTERS)
Your Product Serial Number (normally six-digit)
Your Match Code (a 20-digit string with characters and numerals)
When you register your Charmas copy, you have to enter these three
match code data parts literally. In addition, you have to fill
out the fields Street
and Town
with sensible data.
Important: When the required fields (marked with a red star) are not filled out, the registration fails.
Hint: Please keep in mind that you copy only the requested
data when you e.g. copy it from your email program. Some email clients
automatically attach spaces to the cut text. Remove unneeded
characters after you have inserted data before you finish the
registration with OK
.
