First of all, please keep your license in a safe
place – as there is no guarantee that
your license can be retrieved. One very convenient and very safe place
to store your licenses is the keychain. You can create a new keychain
by choosing New Keychain... in the File menu of the
Keychain utility. Then you can create secure notes in that keychain by
using the New Secure Note Item... function in the File
menu. On my computer, I have a keychain called Serials
that
contains the serial numbers of all the software I own. This is
protected by a password separate from my login password. It has the
advantage of keeping all the license codes in one single place and of
encrypting them so that they cannot be stolen if someone should gain
illigitimate access to my account.
There is no guarantee that a lost license can be replaced. If it happens nevertheless that your license is lost, you can request a copy of it by sending an email to LostLicense@HairerSoft.com. Please include in your message both your name and the email under which you originally registered Amadeus Pro. In order to avoid fraud, replacement licenses will always be sent to the email that you originally used to register Amadeus Pro.
If you change your email address, please send an email from your old account to ChangeEmail@HairerSoft.com. This email should contain your new address in the body. A confirmation email will be sent to both your old and your new address confirming the change.
The procedures described in this section are not fully automated and it may therefore take several working days before you get a reply.
