You can export any selection of existing barcodes, and in various formats. Select the barcode(s) you want to send to someone, then choose the Export menu item (or the relevant Toolbar icon).
Here you have to enter a file name (with or without the extension), and your currently selected barcode will be saved in the selected format.
There are currently four placeholders available:
@NAME@ | adds the barcode name to the file name. |
@CONTENT@ | adds the barcode data to the file name. |
@DOCNAME@ | adds the name of the current Barcody document to the file name. |
@TYPE | adds the barcode type to the file name. |
Example:
Your barcode name is Booklet
and the barcode data
is 12345
. You enter Barcody
in the
File name
field, using the suggested default placeholders. The
result for a PDF export will be: Barcody-Booklet-12345.PDF.
There are two vector-based export formats available: PDF and EPS. You can also select from various pixel-based image formats.
At the moment, the following image types are supported: TIFF, JPEG, JPEG-2000, PNG and GIF.
The image resolution may be varied from 72 up to 1,200 dpi.
The color system is generally RGB, while TIFF also offers CMYK.
