Insert Table

Inserts a table at the cursor position and opens the Table Editor panel to give access to the table parameters.

Show Table Editor

This menu item is only selectable when the text input cursor is placed inside a table. It opens the Table Editor panel to give access to the table parameters again.

Remove Table

This menu item is only selectable when the text input cursor is placed inside a table.

Use it to remove the complete table with a single click, which of course is much faster than deleting all single table cells with the [Delete] or [Backspace] key.

Remarque : Nested tables aren't recognized, but will always be removed completely with the mother table.

Insert Horizontal Separator Line

If you want to add a horizontal separator line to your current note at the text cursor position, use this menu item.

Insert Checkbox

Use this menu item to insert a To Do checkbox in your current note at the text cursor position. These boxes are e.g. useful to check done tasks in a list.

List

When you choose this menu item, a tiny sheet opens where you can adjust many parameters for a formatted list.

When you close the form with [OK], the current note starts a new paragraph at the text cursor position, formatted as a list. Everytime when you write list entries end press [Return], a new list item line will be inserted with the previously assigned formatting. Quit this input mode by removing the automatically inserted formatting of the last inserted list item line with [Backspace] and press [Return] to quit the paragraph.

Remarque : If you have marked a text with the mouse pointer before you choose this menu item, the selected text will automatically be formatted as a list afterwards.

Convert To ...

This function offers to convert the type of a note quickly from RTF text to plain text, and vice versa.
