The Resize Pages
menu item of the Tools
menu houses
a series of standard page size you can resize to. These menu items
resize all pages in the document. Simply select the desired target
page size and the selected pages will be resized. Resizing this way
will not scale the page contents to fit the new page size. If you want
the contents of the page scaled along when resizing, hold down the
option key while selecting the new page size. (Holding down the [Alt]
key will be reflected in the menu items by the suffix (Scaling)
appearing behind the page size.)
