File

This section contains information on each item in the File menu of ScreenFlow:

New Recording... (command-N).

Will create a new document by starting a recording.

Open... (command-O).

Presents the Open dialog for you to choose a ScreenFlow document from disk.

Open Recent.

You can choose from the up to 15 most recently accessed documents.

Every time you open or save a document, it is entered into the Open Recent list. You can select Clear Menu from the Open Recent menu to reset the list.

Add Additional Recording... (shift-command-R).

Presents the add recording dialog.

Close (command-W).

Will close the foremost window. If the document has not been saved, you will be asked to save the document before closing it.

Save (command-S).

Saves the document. If you haven’t already saved the document to a file, then a Save As dialog is presented.

Save As... (shift-command-S).

Presents the Save As dialog so that you can save a document.

Publish to YouTube.

Opens a YouTube upload dialog.

Export... (command-E).

Will open the Export Dialog.
